Stronger. Higher. Smarter. Better than ever. The Next Generation of STOLL ProfiLine front loaders has arrived. Behind the striking, new design is a range of technical developments that further improve the ProfiLine’s capacity, versatility, operating safety and serviceability.
Still the only loader with Z-kinematics – an innovation made possible by STOLL’s use of fine-grain steel to achieve a slimmer profile with no compromise in strength or power – the mechanical parallel linkage rods are integrated within the lifting arms. As a result, the driver enjoys a completely clear view around the tractor, maximising safety and precision.
ProfiLine front loaders combine proven technology with advanced solutions to provide a safer and more efficient way of working. Equipped with a mechanical parallel linkage and Z-kinematics for enhanced power, versatility and vision, the lower lift arm has been lengthened to provide increased lifting height and an even stronger double-acting lifting cylinder delivers yet more lifting muscle. Also included as standard are STOLL’s renowned Drive-In system, a clever, time-saving Rapid Emptying feature and a Re-Scooping function with increased maximum tilt angles that eliminate trickle losses.
The perfect match for tractors in the 50 to 300 hp power range, ProfiLine combines strength, stability, loading performance and advanced design to create an exceptional loader that offers everything you need, and more. STOLL was the first manufacturer to position the control rod within the beam rail on a mechanically parallel guided loader. Together with Z-kinematics, this ingenious solution not only improves the field of vision during loading and unloading, it also positively impacts on the lifting forces.
Thanks to STOLL’s ingenious design, which eliminates overhead control rods, you get a clearer, unobstructed view of the load and the road, to the front and to the side, which means safer and faster loading. In addition, the cross bar on next generation ProfiLine models has been repositioned for even greater operating visibility. Boom work lights and cameras are also available enabling you to work safely, day or night.
Another benefit of eliminating overhead control rods is that the front loader can be placed closer to the cabin, which means it’s closer to the tractor’s centre of gravity. In many more cases, the front windshield can be opened and the load on the front axle is reduced. The tractor is subjected to less stress, which extends its service life.
In the field or on the road, wherever the ground is uneven, Comfort Drive ensures a smoother ride. On bumpy terrain, the impact of the loader and implement on your tractor is greatly reduced. Here’s how it works. A nitrogen storage unit is built in under the front loader lifting arm. This is filled both with oil and nitrogen. This cushions any vibrations that arise when the tractor is in motion, as the oil spreads out and pushes back the nitrogen.
Ease of operation and routine servicing feature strongly across the new model range. For example, Stoll have eliminated the need to regularly replace hose lines by using wear-free steel hydraulic pipes instead of rubber. Hydraulic lines are fully protected but can be freely accessed under the beam and, thanks to Stoll’s Hydro-Fix system, hydraulic lines can be quickly connected and disconnected – with one hand. Furthermore, all new generation ProfiLine loaders are fitted with oversized large pin diameter and bushing, with lubrication points that can be easily accessed from outside.
New ProfiLine front loaders incorporate the technology platform on which an increasing range of functions will be made available in the near future. These include Work Area Restrictions, a system of sensors which, for example, can automatically restrict loader height when working in barns with low overhead space. Payload Weighting will also be available, enabling operators to weigh the load on the job, ensuring material loading accuracy in real time for bucket work or when handling bales, silage, big bags and pallets.
Attach your STOLL front loader to your tractor with ease, thanks to the STOLL Drive-In System. Proven over three decades and benefiting from ongoing development to deliver optimum performance, the Drive-In System saves precious time. A real bonus when the jobs come thick and fast.
When driving in, the front loader slides along the attachment component until the locking pin meets the upper end of the connection support.
With the Hydro-Fix all hydraulic lines can be connected to the tractor at the same time. The front loader is lifted slightly to hold the locking pin in position in the catch hook of the connection support.
The locking lever is pressed downwards and the front loader securely held in position on the attachment component. Then the front loader is raised higher.
The parking stands can be folded in and out without tools.
