At the end of this month, we will be bidding a fond farewell to Nicky Murphy, our Area Sales Manager for Ireland, who has announced his retirement.
Nicky has represented Lynx and our product range admirably across the whole of the island for the past nine years and has developed excellent relationships with dealers and customers alike.
Prior to joining Lynx in 2011, Nicky held the position of sales representative with J F Farm Machinery for ten years before the business was sold off to Kongskilde.
Married for 43 years to Helen, Nicky has three sons and six grandchildren. But it’s not only his family that will be occupying his time in retirement. A keen gardener, Nicky is already eyeing up projects at his own home and those of his children. In addition, Nicky and Helen own a small farm which they currently let out to a dairy farmer.
We’ll be sorry to see you go Nicky, but on behalf of everyone here at Lynx, thank you for all of your hard work over the years and we wish you all the very best for a happy and healthy retirement.
