Standard with all Stoll ProfiLine front loader models, Return-to-Level saves time setting up and enables you to get the job done faster and more efficiently, especially when performing repetitive loading cycles. It can also give you greater loading capacity.
No more wasted time trying to find the right position for the implement or frustration locating the setting for the implement in the lowest position. With Return-to-Level the implement automatically repositions itself back to the pre-set optimum position – and all it takes is the push of a button. Once the implement is set, it will return to the same position again and again using the selectable level control from the comfort of your driving seat.
How it works
Automatic lowering of the front loader to its pre-set position is enabled by a sensor located on the indicator on the left implement cylinder. An additional valve on the implement cylinder diverts the hydraulic fluid flowing out while lowering. The sensor monitors the position of the implement and emits a signal to close the valve as soon as the implement has reached its pre-set position.
Setting the Return-to-Level position is a quick and simple manual operation requiring the loosening of the clamping screw in the indicator assembly, adjustment of the distance between rod and sensor and tightening the clamping screw to secure.
Because Return-to-Level is integrated into the lifting arms, you can always access this function, even if you wish to mount the front loader onto another tractor. And there’s an extra bonus. The electric selectable rapid emptying feature is available as standard with Return-to-Level.
No other level control is smarter or easier to use.
