Orchard farmers and vegetable growers operating New Holland’s powerful yet compact T4F S tractors including the Stage 5 (Standard Steer) T4.90F S ROPS, T4.100F S ROPS and T4.110F S ROPS models now have the option of retrofitting a new Zuidberg front linkage and PTO package which is available across the nationwide Lynx Engineering dealer network.
Compact front linkage designed for a perfect fit
Zuidberg is one of the world’s leading brands in the development of front linkage and PTO technology with a reputation for innovative design and engineering excellence. The front linkage developed for the T4F S series has an exceptionally compact profile, which means the tractor’s ground clearance and turning radius is not compromised. In addition, tractor-specific connections ensure that the front linkage fits the tractor with unrivalled precision and mounting is a relatively quick and easy task.
The front linkage has additional support for a wide range of applications and comes fully prepared for auxiliary hydraulic connections for front-mounted implements.
Front linkage lifting capacity is 18kN. Linkages can be set to a single-acting, double-acting and transport position with the multi-valve supplied as standard. The removable linkage arms have transport, fixed and oscillation settings. Your linkage pack also comes with a top link, balls and towing hook.
Long-life PTO reliability and efficiency
The Zuidberg 1000rpm CCW front PTO system is the perfect match-up for the New Holland T4F S series of tractors.
The system features the ‘PACE’ controller with infinitely adjustable ramp-up time for smoother start-up of any implement. The front PTO features oil-immersed clutch plates for long service life and an output shaft that can always be rotated over 60 degrees for maximum ease of connection. The output shaft is non-rotating in unloaded condition.
A Zuidberg app makes it possible to monitor operating hours and service intervals helping to keep the PTO operating at peak efficiency.
Each PTO is supplied with a protective cover for the PTO stump. We would always recommend the fitting of a full safety guard for the PTO shaft.
Front Linkage and PTO also available for NH T4 LP tractor models
Zuidberg front linkages and PTOs have also now been released for fitting to New Holland Stage 5 T4 LP tractors including the T4.80LP, T4.90LP, T4.100LP, T4.110LP and T4.120LP models.
Key features are similar to those detailed for the T4F S series above. Front linkage lifting capacity is 18kN and there are two front PTO options available for the T4 LP series including 540rpm CW and 1000rpm CCW systems.
