Our range of front mounted toolbox weights combines the convenience of integrated, lockable compartments for stowing away essential tools and other items with all the flexibility of variable density technology which allows different ballast weights to be achieved without changing the size of the weight block itself. Our composite toolbox weights are manufactured using advanced materials such as magnetite or polyethylene (HDPE), combined with concrete. Weights available range from 600kg to 2000kg with toolbox capacities from 55 to 160 litres, depending on the product line.
Master Box is a compact front linkage mounted toolbox weight, made from magnetite and concrete mix. It features a generously proportioned, integrated and lockable 73-litre compartment which provides a safe and convenient place to store those essential tools and accessories. Available in 1000kg, 1200kg and 1400kg weights, Master Box can be specified with an optional lighting pack or alternatively a full visibility pack comprising wing kit with reflective chevrons, lights and width marker poles.
The toolbox version of the RT Weights range, the front linkage mounted RT Box combines a highly innovative polyethylene (HDPE) outer shell moulded around a variable density concrete core. HDPE is a thermoplastic polymer that offers exceptional strength, a long maintenance-free life and excellent resistance to naturally occurring chemicals found in soil. RT Box units have a 55-litre capacity toolbox and weights range from 800kg to 2000kg. The front plate can be personalised with tractor brand logo and colour.
Our Eco-Box toolbox weights are of composite construction using magnetite and concrete, giving greater density than all-concrete weights of comparable size. This means you get the weight you need from a smaller unit. Weights start from 1050kg rising to 1750kg across the Eco-Box range. If you don’t need as much weight on the front end, the Eco Box S will fit the bill perfectly with a choice of weight blocks at 600kg, 800kg and 1000kg. In terms of storage space, the Eco Box toolbox compartment has a capacity of 160 litres, whilst Eco-Box S has 110-litres of storage.
