Developed and improved over many years, Zuidberg’s FrontLine range of front linkages gives you all the benefits of a superbly designed and engineered product. The cast base frame offers superior strength compared with other linkages that still use welded construction.
All lift cylinders feature a hardened, chrome-plated piston rod and industrial spherical, greasable and replaceable bearings are used on both ends of the cylinder, guaranteeing a long life without play. The FrontLine design also allows the link arms to fold inwards, recommended for road and operator safety and visibility, when the linkage is not in use.
Zuidberg Front PTOs include an internal oil-immersed multi-plate clutch controlled by a proportional and adjustable engagement system. This guarantees a smooth uptake of power to the front mounted implements. When disengaged the PTO is braked. To aid implement connection the built-in ECON connection system allows the user to manually turn the output shaft through 60 deg. when linking up a machine.
With various speeds and both left and right direction of rotation, Zuidberg’s switchable ECO PTOs have their own integrated oil system, eliminating the need for an external oil supply from the tractor. This feature reduces PTO fitting times and increases reliability.
