Front or rear mounted, the high quality, heavy-duty steel construction of the Düvelsdorf Transport Box HD makes it ideal for agriculture, forestry, contracting or municipal applications. With a width of 1.80 metres, an internal volume of 1100 litres and a load capacity of 1000kg, there’s all the space you need to transport tools, seeds, fertiliser, machinery parts plus a whole variety of other equipment and materials.
For orderly storage, the interior can be divided with two individually adjustable sliding partitions. The box, sealed around the circumference, is splash-proof and rain-proof. It also features a lockable lid with gas strut support for easy opening.
Forklift and pallet truck openings are incorporated on the underside of the box and reflectors and marker lights are standard. Mounting plates are fitted for the optional castor wheels. CAT 1 and CAT 2 three-point attachment allows the transport box to be quickly and safely mounted on to the tractor. Smaller versions of the Transport Box HD are available at 1.20 and 1.60 metres wide with load capacities of 300 and 400kg respectively.
Düvelsdorf also manufactures Rear Containers for transporting materials from tools and bulk goods to EURO pallets. Widths start from 1.2 metres and go up to 2 metres while load capacities range from 500kg to 2500kg.
The heavy-duty (HD) container is available with 300mm and 500mm side wall extensions. These increase the container volume from 1.35m³ to 1.70m³ and 2.50m³ respectively. The 300 and 500mm extensions can also be combined to increase the volume even more. Mechanical and, on selected models, hydraulic tipping is available for quick, easy dumping of bulk materials.
