The TractorBumper SafetyWeight range combines the bumper with a fixed front weight and an integrated, lockable 50-litre capacity storage box. There are plenty of ballast options across the range with a choice of 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000 or 1100kg total weight including bumper side panels.
The weight block fits compactly between the front linkage arms and does not extend too far forward. Also low in height, the block does not obstruct the tractor’s headlight beams, even when the front linkage is fully raised. Need even more weight? No problem. Take a look at the Plus range here with weight options up to 2500kg.
All SafetyWeight bumpers are supplied for front linkage Cat 2 or Cat 3 and top link connection. There are 2 coupling positions for the bumper. The standard forward position provides a more compact fit. Set a little further back, a second mounting position is used for installations where the bumper may touch the lift arm when it’s fully raised.
Side panels are fully adjustable, enabling you to vary the bumper width between 2.3 and 2.7m. Tested extensively and proven in the field, SafetyWeights also have a towing point in the top link support where a rope can be attached.
SafetyWeight bumpers ensure you can be seen more clearly in adverse weather conditions and at night. They incorporate a number of high visibility features to make other road users quickly aware of the true width of your tractor. These include LED contour lights, LED turn indicators, flexible LED outside markers, width marker poles and reflective red and white chevrons.
The patented hinged side panels are fitted with a shear bolt which allows the panel to rotate forward should it collide with a hidden obstacle when reversing your tractor. The side panels also provide increased protection from side-on impacts by reducing the space between the front wheels and the bumper.
The finishing touch on every TractorBumper is customised branding. As standard, SafetyWeight bumpers include smart, flowing decals that really bring the bumper to life. Decals can be applied in colours to match your tractor brand or your company’s own colours. If you wish, you can also have your company logo or your tractor brand logo added to the decals set at no extra cost.
Brand decaling can be applied to bumpers finished in the standard colours of black, AGCO grey or John Deere green. Bumpers in a range of different RAL colours are also available as an option.
