The XL Box range gives you an impressive 300 litres of storage space fully integrated with weight blocks of 400kg, 600kg, 800kg, 1000kg or 1100kg and the bumper. Alternatively, the Plus range offers weights of 1300kg, 1500kg, 1800kg, 2000kg or 2500kg with a 50-litre toolbox and your bumper.
Each weight block fits snugly between the linkage arms. Due to its low height, the weight sits below the line of the tractor headlight beams, even when the linkage is fully raised.
Tested extensively and proven in the field, XL Box and Plus weights have a towing point in the top link support where a rope can be attached.
All models are supplied for front linkage Cat 3 connection. There are two coupling positions for the bumper. The standard position provides a compact fit. Should the bumper come into contact with the lift arm when fully raised, the second mounting position, set a little further back, should be used instead.
The bumper’s adjustable side panels enable you to vary the width between 2.5 and 2.9m.
When you’re on the road at night or in poor weather conditions, XL Box and Plus bumpers significantly increase safety for everyone. High visibility features ensure you can be seen clearly by oncoming traffic. LED contour lights, LED turn indicators, LED flexible outside markers, width marker poles and reflective red and white chevrons combine to make road users quickly aware of the true width of your tractor.
Patented hinged side panels are fitted with a shear bolt which allows the panel to rotate forward should it collide with a hidden obstacle when reversing your tractor. The side panels also provide increased protection from side-on impacts by reducing the space between the front wheels and the bumper.
Make a statement by taking advantage of customised branding, available with every XL Box and Plus bumper. Stylish, sweeping decal designs can be applied in colours to match your tractor brand or your company’s own colours. You can add more personalisation by having your company logo or tractor brand logo applied to the design at no extra cost. It’s a finishing touch that’s bound to attract admiring glances!
Brand decaling can be applied to bumpers finished in the standard colours of black, AGCO grey or John Deere green. Bumpers in a range of different RAL colours are also available as an option.
