The new Deutz-Fahr 6135C with RVshift meets the next generation Stoll Profiline FZ41-25 front loader – and it’s a winning combination.
As a factory fitted option, Stoll are the loaders of choice across the Deutz agricultural tractor range, and it’s easy to see why, with both Germany-based manufacturers committed to the highest standards of design and engineering using advanced, proven technologies and top quality materials.
Made for each other
Perfectly matched with the power of the 6135C, the Profiline FZ41-25 has a lifting force of up to 2,510 daN* and a maximum lift height of 4.10 metres*.
Stoll’s Z-Kinematics technology, a key feature of the loader, not only frees the operator’s view of the implement by concealing the mechanical parallel guide rods within the lifting arm booms, it also allows the front loader to be mounted closer to the driver’s cab. This means that attachment components are in the optimum position to reduce the load on the tractor’s front axle and provide the best possible clearance for steering angle and axle swing path.
The loader is designed for maximum implement loading capacity and no trickle losses, with a maximum tilting angle, on the ground, between 40⁰ and 46⁰, raised up to 64⁰.
Innovative features
Other loader highlights include Stoll’s well-proven Drive-In System for easy mounting and dismounting of the loader – with the Hydro-Fix attachment system all hydraulic lines can be connected to the tractor at the same time.
Implement attachment is quick and easy using Euro-frame or Combi Headstocks, whilst the unique ‘Return-to-Level’ feature ensures the implement returns to a predefined optimum position at the touch of a button.
Another Stoll ProfiLine feature that tractor operators will appreciate, especially when the going gets rough, is Comfort-Drive. This highly effective damping system reduces the shocks on loader and implement for smoother driving, even on the bumpiest terrain.
Easy to maintain
As with all ProfiLine models, rugged construction, durability and ease of operation and maintenance feature strongly across the new model range. For example, Stoll have eliminated the need to regularly replace hose lines by using wear-free steel hydraulic pipes instead of rubber.
Hydraulic lines are fully protected but can be freely accessed under the beam. Furthermore, all new ProfiLine Loaders are fitted with oversized large pin diameter and bushing, with lubrication points that can be easily accessed from outside.
Future-proof
The new ProfiLine range incorporates the technology platform on which an increasing range of loader functions will be made available. These include the option of Work Area Restrictions, a system of sensors which, for example, can automatically restrict loader height when working in barns with low overhead space.
Payload Weighting will also be available, enabling operators to weigh the load on the job, ensuring material loading accuracy in real time for bucket work or when handling bales, silage, big bags and pallets.
Deutz delivers again
This particular Deutz 6C Series model features the manufacturer’s new RVshift transmission – a high efficiency full Powershift concept. It features 20 forward and 16 reverse speeds, all of which are selectable without using the clutch pedal or interrupting torque delivery to the wheels, even under load. This maximises safety especially when working on steep gradients.
The control element of the new RVshift transmission is the new RVshift controller, a 3-way joystick, located on the multifunction armrest mounted onto the driver seat.
As well as all this, a choice of 5 user-selectable responsiveness settings and the Stop&Go and PowerZero functions make working with a front loader easier than ever. All models are capable of attaining their maximum road speed (up to 50 Km/h for RVSHIFT versions) in part throttle conditions, maximising fuel efficiency and range.
Ultra-compact, ultra-efficient
6C Series models are powered by the new FARMotion 45 Stage V four cylinder engines which combine outstanding levels of reliability and performance with exceptionally low operating costs and impressive torque over a very broad range of engine speeds. Power outputs range from 116hp up to 137hp for the 6135C variant.
Unbeatable comfort with all-round visibility
The new TopVision cabs offer outstanding levels of comfort. Innovative Hydro Silent-Block mounts reduce vibration by 40% compared with conventional components, while optional mechanical cab suspension is also available to take comfort even further.
The 4-pillar structure and generous glazing ensure excellent outward visibility, while minimised noise levels, superior quality materials and the ergonomically superior layout of the cab make any job less tiring. Heated, electrically adjustable rear view mirrors and the heated rear screen ensure a clear view even in the coldest weather conditions.
Loader implements for every task
ProfiLine loaders are available with a comprehensive range of implements to make light work of virtually any task on and around the farm. These include buckets, gripping implements, grapples, forks, numerous bale handlers, pallet handlers, bag-lift implements, forestry implements, change frames and a host of other tools and accessories.
The complete line of Stoll’s next generation of ProfiLine loaders, to fit both new and second-hand tractors, are available to order from Lynx Engineering dealers across the UK and Ireland.
